Summary

A 36-year-old man presented with a 2-month history of a localized swelling of the right ear. He denied previous trauma and there was no history of ear disease. Physical examination revealed a 1.5 × 1 cm fluctuant lesion located between the helix and antihelix in the upper third of the right auricle. An excisional biopsy was performed, with the clinical suspicion of chondroma.
