Case 36 - Oral Myofibroma

Summary

A 35-year-old female presented with a nontender hard nodule, covered by normal appearing mucosa, localized in the right superior fornix of the oral cavity. The lesion measured approximately 0.8 × 0.5 cm. An excisional biopsy was performed.
