Summary

A 47-year-old man presented with a history of nasal obstruction and multiple episodes of epistaxis. At endoscopic examination, a large polypod lesion involved the left nasal cavity. After incisional biopsy, the tumor was surgically removed. The procedure included left modified radical neck dissection.
