Case 79 - Pigmented Villonodular Synovitis of the Temporomandibular Joint

Summary

A 56-year-old presented with an 8-month history of a slowly enlarging right parotid tumor. The lesion was painful, with pain irradiating to the right ear and temple. A fine needle biopsy was performed with the suspicion of a parotid gland tumor.
