Summary

The preceding chapters have focussed on how to solve the science of the various components of soilscape and landform evolution. In Chapter 2 there was a brief discussion of some concepts of how to model these processes and how to couple them together. This coupling is key because many of the interesting aspects of landscape evolution arise as a result of the temporal or spatial coupling between processes. Having covered the science details in the previous chapters, this chapter dives into the detail of how to couple these process, calibrate it, and test it against field data.
