Summary

Enrolled summary of the account rendered by the merchants of the society of the Riccardi of Lucca for the repayment at the Exchequer of monies lent by them to Edward I over this period.

Physical description: The dorse of the first membrane of one rotulet of two membranes, in a larger roll of accounts sewn together at the top; in reasonable condition and wholly legible.

Scope of transcription: Disbursements made by the Riccardi to Stephen de la Knolle, keeper of the king's works, for expenditure on the building works at St Stephen's chapel, from Aug. 1292 to March 1293.
