Summary
The following conventions and abbreviations are used in several of the appendices. Further conventions and abbreviations are explained at the beginning of the appendices in which they are used.
Title indicates most important title to date.
Branch of family is indicated if needed for identification from another branch of the family also individually summoned to parliament. See family branch abbreviations below. Italics indicate uncertainty of identity.
