Summary

Mr Youpa presented several documents to corroborate his story. These documents are included at the request of Mr Youpa.

  • 1. A paper documenting Mr Youpa's release from prison for the crime of ‘petty theft’ (2002)

  • 2. A list of materials taken from Mr Youpa, as assembled by the general prosecutor upon inspection of the PHP warehouse (2002)

  • 3. A letter from the court sent to PHP detailing the materials stolen from Mr Youpa and claiming Mr Youpa as the rightful owner (2002)

  • 4. A paper documenting PHP's receipt of Appendix C, signed by PHP's director of external affairs (2002)

  • 5. A response from the director general of PHP (2003)

  • 6. A summary of the court proceedings from the Court of First Instance in Mbanga during which Mr Youpa was pronounced ‘not guilty’ (2005)

  • 7. A certificate of non-appeal from the Court of First Instance in Mbanga (2005)

  • 8. A letter from Mr Youpa requesting audience with the director general of PHP (2015)
