After all the Works and Mysteries of our Redemption, we celebrat the Feast of the Glorious Trinity : that as the Whole Godhead Distinguishd into Three Persons hath wrought our Salvation, we might render as is most Due, all Honor Prais and Glory to our God in Unity and Trinity for ever more. In the 4. Weeks of Advent, while we Contemplat and Expect the Coming of the Messiah, we see the Father from whom we receiv the Son. from the Nativity to Ascention Day, we are Conversant with the Son, in His Birth Life Miracles, fasting Passion Resurrection Glory. At Pentecost we contemplat the Coming of the H. Ghost, and now on Trinitie Sunday, making a Wise and Seasonable Reflexion upon all, In one Prospect we behold and Admire the Father Son and H. Ghost.

O Sacred TRINITI E, God the Father Son and H. Ghost, behold with Mercy me thy Weak Wretched Unworthy Sinfull Creature, here Prostrat before thee : Groaning under the Burden of my Sins ; Terrified with the Consideration of thy Dread Majestie ; Confounded at the Sence of my Sensuality ; Covered with Shame ; and Encompassed with Sorrow : I humbly Confess I am neither Worthy nor Able to look into the Ark of thy Divinity, nor to Comprehend the Height of thine Omnipotency : I am unable to see the Depth of thy Infinity, the Bredth of thy Immensity, or the Length of thy Eternity. Yet I here humbly implore Thee to Pardon my Sins, to cleans my Heart, to Sanctify my soul, and to Enlighten my Understanding ; that tho I cannot fully either apprehend or Comprehend, yet I may Truly and Rightly so far know Thee, as to be able to Prais and Magnify thy Name for ever more.

O that Thou wouldst giv me such Zeal and Honor to thy Name, that others also may receiv Heat and Fervor by those Flames which Thou Enkindlest in me!

O Lord, Thou hast made and placed Man in this World, to Know, Lov, and Serv Thee ; to Pleas and Prais Thee Eternaly.
