18 This process was originally enrolled on the first membrane of a plea roll of 6 Edward III. The roll appears to have gone out of official custody by the early nineteenth century, as no roll for Trinity term 1332 is listed by the Irish Record Commission. A volume of Irish legal abstracts made in the early seventeenth century gives a summary of the case from the original roll (University Library, Cambridge, Add. MS 3104, p. 31).
