2 In an address before the joint meeting of the American Association of Law Libraries and National Association of State Libraries, Mr. Frederick C. Hicks, Law Librarian of Columbia University, gave an account of the methods of the bureau in preparing the annual summaries and stated that the work ceased with the issue of 1920. The legislation of 1921 will be reviewed in the form of Notes in the department of “Current Legislation” of the American Bar Association Journal.
