Summary
This list is not comprehensive but rather mentions the most highly represented external anomalies associated with nervous system syndromes. Comprehensive texts are available for more in-depth referral [2,3]. Examination of available ante- and/or postmortem imaging studies is essential for guiding both the external and internal examinations of structures related to the nervous system (see Chapter 2).
