White flyer, printed on both sides on glossy white paper, reprinting the letter sent by the Chicago Customs Department to New Review Publications, notifying the publishers of the seizure of shipments of Peter Neagoe's Storm [New Review Publications, 1932] on the grounds of obscenity.

(Seine) | Sirs: | In answer to your recent letter to this office | concerning copies of the book entitled “Storm”, by Peter | Neagoe, you are informed that several shipments of the | above named book have been received at this port and have | been denied entry since the Bureau of Customs, Washington, | D.
