Summary
>Matthew Martoma was a second-year law student at Harvard Law School. Desiring better grades to improve his candidacy for a highly sought-after judicial clerkship, he apparently altered his law school transcript.1 After his fraudulent behavior came to light, he was expelled from Harvard, only to bounce back and eventually attend Stanford Business School several years later.2
