Summary
The purpose of this study was to examine the intricate relationship between the functioning of civil justice, as the cornerstone of any modern legal system, and the contemporary doctrine of human rights, which, among other things, seeks to provide basic legal guarantees, including a guarantee of fair trial, to every person.
