Many countries are currently expanding their paternity leave policies, which have positive effects on parental mental health.

We examined whether two weeks of paid paternity leave are associated with post-partum depression (PPD) in mothers and fathers at two months after the birth of their child.

Data originated from The Etude Longitudinale Française depuis l’Enfance (ELFE) cohort study. A total of 10 975 fathers and 13 075 mothers with reported information on paternity leave and PPD at two months were included in the statistical analyses. Logistic regression models, using survey-weighted data and adjusted for confounders using Inverse Probability Weights (IPW), yielded Odds Ratios.

Fathers had a median age of 32∙6 (inter-quartile range (IQR) 36∙9 – 22∙6 years), and mothers had a median age of 30∙5 years (IQR 34∙0 – 27∙1 years) at the time of the ELFE child’s birth. Fathers who took paternity leave had reduced odds of PPD [0∙74 (95% CI: 0∙70 -0∙78)] as well as fathers who intended to take paternity leave [0∙76 (95 CI%: 0∙70 – 0∙82)] compared to fathers who did not take paternity leave. Mothers had an increased likelihood of PPD at two months if their partners took paternity leave [1∙13 (95 CI%: 1∙05 – 1∙20)]. Fathers’ educational level, work contract type nor the number of children in the family were found to be interactions (p>0.25).

Taking and intending to take a two-week paid paternity leave is associated with lower odds of PPD in fathers. Mothers whose partners take paternity leave experience borderline higher odds of PPD at two months. Offering only a two-week paternity leave may protect fathers against PPD but does not significantly protect may increase mothers’ risk of against PPD onset.

Behavioral (externalizing) and emotional (internalizing) problems were showed to be associated with the prenatal environment. Changes in placental DNA methylation was identified as a relevant potential mechanism of such association.

We aimed to explore the associations between placental DNA methylation and child behavior in order to explore pathways that could link prenatal exposures to child behavior.

Data including 441 children of 3 years of age from the EDEN mother-child cohort. Child behavior assessed using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ). Both hypotheses-driven and exploratory analyses (including epigenome-wide association studies (EWAS) and differentially methylated regions (DMR) analyses) were conducted. The analyses were adjusted for confounding and technical factors and estimated placental cell composition. All the p-values were corrected using a false discovery rate (FDR) procedure for multiple tests.

In the hypothesis-driven analysis, cg26703534 (AHRR), was significantly associated with emotional problems (pFDR = 0.03). In the exploratory analyses, cg09126090 (pFDR = 0.04) and cg10305789 (PPP1R16B; pFDR < 0.01) were significantly associated with peer-relationship problems and 33 DMRs were significantly associated with at least one of the SDQ subscales. Placental DNA methylation showed more associations with internalizing than externalizing symptoms, especially among girls. DMRs tented to include highly methylated CpGs.

This study investigated for the first time the associations between placental DNA methylation and internalizing and externalizing symptoms in preschoolers. Further analyses, such as consortium meta-analyses would be necessary to confirm and extend our results.

Previous studies have showed that the type of early childcare can be associated with child behavioural difficulties though results vary across countries.

To investigate the link between early childcare from birth to 3 years and child behavioural difficulties at age 5.5 years, in the French context.

In this study (n = 9,699), parents participating in the French ELFE birth cohort reported their child main childcare type used between birth and three years of age (centre-based (22.6%), childminder (43.6%), informal (8.2%) or parents only [25.7%)), and the child’s behaviour through the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) at age 5.5 years. Scores were calculated for each SDQ subscale as well as the total SDQ scores. Logistic regression analyses were carried out adjusting on socio-demographic, parents’ and child’s characteristics to evaluate the association between early childcare type and abnormal SDQ total score (>16) as well as subscale scores.

In the study population, 584 (6.02%) children had abnormal SDQ total score, and 1,104 (11.4%) in the emotional subscale, 573 (5.91%) in the peer relationship subscale, 1,433 (14.8%) in behavioural subscale, and 1,097 (11,3%) in the hyperactivity subscale. After adjusting, compared to children who were looked after by their parents only, those who were in centre-based childcare had a lower likelihood of having an abnormal SDQ total score (ORa = 0.76 [95% CI: 0.58 – 0.99]), while there was no significant difference for children who were in a childminder’s care (ORa = 0.94 [95% CI: 0.75 – 1.17]) or in an informal childcare (ORa = 1.18 [95% CI: 0.86 – 1.63]). In additional analyses, we found that compared to children in parental care only, children in centre-based childcare had a decreased likelihood of having abnormal internalising subscales scores: emotional subscale, (ORa = 0.81 [95% CI: 0.67 – 0.99]) and peer relationship subscale, (ORa = 0.79 [95% CI: 0.61 – 1.02]). All other associations were not significant except for the informal childcare which was associated to a higher likelihood of abnormal behavioural subscale (ORa = 1.29 [95% CI: 1.03 – 1.62]).

In the French ELFE cohort, early centre-based childcare was linked to lower likelihood of having internalising problems in children at age 5.5 years. Further studies should focus on the possible mecanisms of this association. Family and childhood policies should aim to make centre-based childcare accessible to more children.

The context of the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the daily life of families and children. Screen exposure was increased during this period to maintain social relationships, work remotely, and occupy leisure time.

To explore the association of continued above-recommendation screen use for one year since May 2020 with behaviour problems in the summer of 2021 in children aged 3 to 14 years.

Data came from the French EpiCov cohort study, and were collected in May 2020 and at first (Autumn 2020) and second follow-up (Summer 2021) among 1,089 participants with children aged 3 to 14. Children had a 1-year above-recommendation screen use if their daily mean time exceeded recommendations at the three follow-up times (one hour, for children aged 3-5, two for the older ones). Behaviour problems were assessed using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) and valid cut-offs for Internalizing (emotional or peer problems) and Externalizing (conduct problems or hyperactivity/inattention) problems completed in summer 2021. Data were analysed using adjusted logistic regression.

1-year above-recommendation screen use was not associated with internalizing problems (OR [95% CI]: 1.20 [0.90-1.59]). Regarding the subscales, it was associated with a higher risk of peer problems (1.42 [1.04-1.95]). A higher risk of externalizing problems was found only in 11-14-year-olds (1.63 [1.01-2.63]), especially conduct problems in 11-14-year-olds (1.91 [1.15-3.22]) but not in other age groups.

This study found that maintaining screen time beyond recommendations for 1 year since the onset of the pandemic was associated with peer problems in children aged 3-14 years and externalizing and conduct problems in 11-14 years. Despite this very specific context, exposure to screens is not trivial. If this situation were to occur again, we would have to anticipate, with prevention messages, by keeping schools open.

Cigarette smoking prevalence is significantly higher among people with mental health problems than among the general population. Smoking accounts for much of the reduction in life expectancy associated with mental illness, why the high co-occurrence of smoking and mental health illness is a major public health concern. Persons belonging to socioeconomical disadvantaged groups have higher risk of mental health conditions and also higher smoking rates.

In this study we aim to examine smoking trajectories among adult smokers between 2012 and 2020. Furthermore, we aim to investigate differences in smoking trajectories by adult depression by taking into consideration participants intergenerational socioeconomic mobility (ISEM).

Analyses were based on data from CONSTANCES, a French general population cohort conducted from 2012 to 2020. In total were 107,734 participants included after exclusion of never smokers. Depression was measured by the CES-D scale, and depression was classified with a score ≥16. ISEM is based on childhood (maternal and parental occupational grade) and adult socioeconomic position (SEP), and low ISEM includes those with low SEP as child and adult and high ISEM those with consistent high SEP. Group-based trajectories modelling (GBTM) was used to determine smoking status trajectories. To address the association between ISEM and smoking trajectory class we used multinomial logistic regression with former smokers as reference class adjusted for depression, household income, sex and age.

We identified five smoking trajectories 1) Former smokers (56.6%), 2) Long-term smokers (26.4%), 3) Intermediate smokers (3.3%), 4) Early quitters (5.0%) and 5) Late quitters (8.7%). Preliminary results from multinomial logistic regression showed that persons with low ISEM had higher odds of depression (OR [95%CI]=1.91 [1.77;2.06]) than those with high ISEM. Participants with low ISEM had higher odds of being long-term smoking than former smokers compared to those with high ISEM (ORa [95%CI]=1.55 [1.43;1.67]). Furthermore, those with low ISEM had lower odds of being in any of the other smoking trajectory groups vs. former smokers compared to those with high ISEM (ORa [95%CI]=0.82 [0.69;0.97]) for intermediate smokers, ORa [95%CI]=0.75 [0.66;0.85]) for early quitters, and ORa [95%CI]=0.78 [0.70;0.87]) for late quitters).

Preliminary results showed an association between ISEM and smoking trajectories in our study. Persons with low ISEM are more likely to be long-term smokers. Future analysis should consider the effect of depression as a mediating factor on the association between ISEM and smoking trajectories.

European researchers are collaborating in the EU Horizon 2020-funded project “RESPOND” to address the psychological and psychosocial effects of the Covid 19 pandemic in order to prepare health systems for future crises. In the Co-RESPOND subproject, several longitudinal cohorts are contributing to an individual participant data (IPD) meta-analysis.

Co-RESPOND aims to assess trajectories of mental health and resilience, and to identify relevant moderators using a meta-analysis of individual participant data (“IPD”) approach. Moreover, a research network of European cohorts is being established alongside a sustainable shared IT infrastructure. Co-RESPOND aims to publish the results of the collaboration in a findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable way according to the “FAIR publication” principles.

To achieve these aims, a federated network for remote data analysis is being built. In this talk we describe the steps necessary to join existing cohorts into one network, and which challenges need to be met: First, existing data sets need to be harmonized retrospectively, second, data sharing and processing needs to be done in accordance with the GDPR requirements, and third, a technical solution needs to be found to facilitate joint analyses and publication of the network and its products.

We identified the Maelstroem guidelines for retrospective data harmonisation of epidemiologic studies as appropriate guidance to carry out and document the transformation of individual data sets. The OBiBa software suite is used to build the IT infrastructure of the project by connecting local data servers of the study sites and making them available for remote analyses by other partners. As of autumn 2022, data transformation is finalized and data sets uploaded on the local servers. A platform on the internet is created where the main characteristics of all participating cohorts (“meta-data”) are catalogued to help them gain visibility and make them findable for future joint projects. The Co-RESPOND network will be open for more partner cohorts to join.

The Covid pandemic has stimulated lots of international remote collaborations, and federated networks for data analyses are increasingly used as a means of enhancing the value of existing data sets. User-friendly and cost-free software solutions are already available (e.g., OBiBa) to facilitate such endeavours. However, researchers intiating cohort studies should be aware of such technology and methods and consider the use of their data in overarching collaborations from the start. We conclude with concrete recommendations how to optimize the design of epidemiologic data collections to enhance their interoperability with other cohorts, e.g., by using international coding standards.

The COVID-19 pandemic and associated preventive measures have an impact on the persons’ mental health, including increasing risk of symptoms of anxiety and depression in particular. Individual experiencing mental health difficulties in the past could be especially vulnerable during lockdown, however, few studies have tested this empirically considering preexisting mental health difficulties using longitudinal data.

The objective of this study is to examine the longitudinal association between preexisting symptoms of anxiety/depression and symptoms of anxiety/depression during lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic in a community sample.

Seven waves of data collection were implemented from March-May 2020. Generalized estimation equations models were used to estimate the association between preexisting symptoms of anxiety/depression and symptoms of anxiety/depression during lockdown among 662 mid-aged individuals from the French TEMPO cohort.

We found an elevated odds ratio of symptoms of anxiety/depression (OR=6.73 95% [CI=4.45–10.17]) among individuals experiencing such symptoms prior lockdown. Furthermore, the odds of symptoms of anxiety/depression during lockdown was elevated among women (OR=2.07 [95% CI=1.32–3.25]), subjects with low household income (OR=2.28 [1.29–4.01]) and persons who reported loneliness (OR=3.94 [2.47–6.28]).

This study demonstrates a strong relationship between preexisting symptoms of anxiety/depression and anxiety/ depression during the COVID-19 outbreak among mid-aged French adults. The findings underline the role of preexisting symptoms of anxiety/depression as a vulnerability factor of anxiety/depression during lockdown. Furthermore, the study shows that loneliness is independently associated with symptoms of anxious/depression, when controlling for prior anxiety/depression symptoms.

Although smoking prevalence has been decreasing worldwide, sustained tobacco cessation remains a challenging goal for many smokers. Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) products remain among the most widespread type of cessation tobacco aids, along with the more recently introduced electronic cigarette, the efficiency of which is still a matter of debate in the public health community.

This study aims to contribute to the ongoing discussion about effective ways of encouraging tobacco cessation and in particular evaluating the role of the two aforementioned tobacco cessation aids with regard to lasting smoking abstinence in real-life settings.

The study is based on the French 2017 Health Barometer, a cross-sectional survey conducted by Santé Publique France. Two distinct outcomes related to tobacco cessation were used: smoking status at 6 months follow-up (yes vs. no) and the duration of smoking abstinence. These two study outcomes were examined respectively among N1 = 2783 and N2 = 1824 participants. All results were weighted based on inclusion probability weights and controlled for propensity scores via overlap weighting (OW), which is appropriate when exposure groups are disparate.

After adjusting on potential confounders, tobacco cessation at 6 months remains significantly associated with e-cigarette use (OR: 1.50 (1.12-1.99)) and e-cigarette use combined with NRT (OR:1.88 (1.15-3.07)). This association did not reach statistical significance in the long-term analysis, nor did the results of NRT use alone in both analyses.

Overall, while electronic cigarette use alone and combined with NRT is associated with an increase in the likelihood of smoking cessation, the long-term effects are probably limited.

We conducted a national longitudinal survey among healthcare workers in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, (1) to assess mental health and (2) to describe the results of an intervention to improve capacity of resilience. Non-participation is rarely studied despite being an important methodological matter when performing studies on mental health.

The study aims to describe and identify the factors associated with non-participation of healthcare workers to the intervention part of a national longitudinal study on the psychological impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Participants were recruited from April to October 2021 via an Internet link widely disseminated. Data collected include participant’ socio-demographic, occupational and working conditions, general health, professional burnout and mental health. The intervention proposed the use of tools for self-management of stress and resilience (PsySTART-Responder® and Anticipate.Plan.Deter™ program). A robust Poisson regression was used to identify factors associated with non-participation.

Among 724 participants, 41% participated to the intervention part. Factors associated to non-participation to the intervention were to work with few or no COVID-19 patients, and low scores in the anxiety scale. Social determinants, occupational characteristics or general health were not associated with non-participation.

Our study provides a better understanding of the participation of healthcare workers that was not frequently studied. The results logically suggest lower participation among those with better mental health and not directly concerned with management of COVID-19 patients. Non-participation to the intervention was not associated with social factors, which is an argument in favour of using such a design/intervention in a socially heterogeneous population.

The COVID-19 pandemic seems associated with a worsening in mental health issues as well as a widening of pre-existing social and health inequalities. Assessment of its impact on suicidal behavior might therefore be relevant.

To assess factors associated with suicidal ideation in the general population, using data from the French nationwide Epicov study

In the nationally representative Epicov study, data on occurrence of suicidal ideation from November 2019 to November 2020 were available, including timing with respect to France’s lockdown periods. We studied the incidence of suicidal ideation among participants without a prior history of suicidal behavior, after May 11, 2020, when first COVID-19 related lockdown was suspended. Studied factors assessed sociodemographic and health status, including mental health, as well as COVID-19 related information such as symptom. Associations between selected factors and suicidal ideation were assessed in sex-stratified adjusted logistic regression models.

In the Epicov study, prevalence of suicidal ideation was of 2,9%, as opposed to around 4% pre-pandemic. Among 48 702 female and 41 016 male participants, health or financial issues were associated with a higher incidence of suicidal ideation. Interestingly, Covid19-like symptoms were also associated with higher risk of suicidal ideation. While an impaired mental health has been observed in survivors of past pandemics, given the unprecedented context of the current pandemic, this association needs further investigation.

While the COVID-19 pandemic might have lowered suicidal ideation, it’s aftermaths may reverse the trend. To prevent this rise, identification of vulnerable groups is crucial to promote tailored public health strategies.

It remains unclear whether substance use in youth could be associated with a lower likelihood of accessing employment.

To examine prospectively associations between substance use and the risk of not getting employed among young people.

From the French population-based CONSTANCES cohort, 2,873 students who never worked were included between 2012 and 2018 and followed-up for 2.7 years in average. Generalized estimating equations computed the odds of being unemployed versus employed according to substance use at baseline controlling for sociodemographic factors and depressive state. Tobacco use (smoking status and number of cigarettes), cannabis use frequency, and at-risk alcohol use according to the Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test (total score >7) were introduced separately in the models.

Tobacco use wasn’t significantly associated with employment. Cannabis use at least weekly, and at-risk alcohol use, were associated with increased odds of being unemployed (OR=1.85, 95%CI(1.29, 2.64)) and OR=1.34, 95%CI(1.04, 1.71)), respectively. Additional analyses on sub-scores of alcohol use suggested that the association was mainly driven by alcohol dependence rather than frequency of use.

Public health campaigns must target youth by advising them of the detrimental roles of regular cannabis use and at-risk alcohol use and their lower chances of getting employed.

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic might affect mental health. Data from population-representative panel surveys with multiple waves including pre-COVID data investigating risk and protective factors are still rare.

In a stratified random sample of the German household population (n = 6684), we conducted survey-weighted multiple linear regressions to determine the association of various psychological risk and protective factors assessed between 2015 and 2020 with changes in psychological distress [(PD; measured via Patient Health Questionnaire for Depression and Anxiety (PHQ-4)] from pre-pandemic (average of 2016 and 2019) to peri-pandemic (both 2020 and 2021) time points. Control analyses on PD change between two pre-pandemic time points (2016 and 2019) were conducted. Regularized regressions were computed to inform on which factors were statistically most influential in the multicollinear setting.

PHQ-4 scores in 2020 (M = 2.45) and 2021 (M = 2.21) were elevated compared to 2019 (M = 1.79). Several risk factors (catastrophizing, neuroticism, and asking for instrumental support) and protective factors (perceived stress recovery, positive reappraisal, and optimism) were identified for the peri-pandemic outcomes. Control analyses revealed that in pre-pandemic times, neuroticism and optimism were predominantly related to PD changes. Regularized regression mostly confirmed the results and highlighted perceived stress recovery as most consistent influential protective factor across peri-pandemic outcomes.

We identified several psychological risk and protective factors related to PD outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic. A comparison of pre-pandemic data stresses the relevance of longitudinal assessments to potentially reconcile contradictory findings. Implications and suggestions for targeted prevention and intervention programs during highly stressful times such as pandemics are discussed.

Prospective data on depressive symptoms and blood pressure (BP) are scarce, and the impact of age on this association is poorly understood.

The present study examines longitudinal trajectories of depressive episodes and the probability of hypertension associated with these trajectories over time.

Participants were 6,889 men and 3,413 women London based civil servants followed for 24 years between 1985 and 2009. The age of participants over the follow-up ranged from 35 to 80 years. Depressive episode (defined as scoring 4 or more on the General Health Questionnaire-Depression subscale or using prescribed antidepressant medication) and hypertension (systolic/diastolic blood pressure ≥ 140/90 mm Hg or use of antihypertensive medication) were assessed concurrently at five medical examinations.

In longitudinal logistic regression analyses based on Generalized-Estimating-Equation using age as the time scale, participants with depression trajectory characterised by increasing depressive episodes overtime had a greater increase in the likelihood for hypertension with advancing age; an adjusted-excess increase of 7% (95% CI 3-12, p < 0.001) for each five-year increase in age compared to those with a low/stable depression trajectory. In a model adjusted for relevant confounders, a higher risk of hypertension in the first group of participants did not become evident before age 55. A similar pattern of association was observed in men and women although the association was stronger in men.

This study suggests that the risk of hypertension increases with repeated experience of depressive episodes over time and materializes in later adulthood.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Conduct Disorder (CD) are associated with Risk Behaviors (RB) such as substance-related problems, suicidal behaviors and sex risk behaviors. However, some issues remain controversials: is ADHD an independent risk factor for RB? Is CD a confounding factor of the relationship between ADHD and RB?

To assess the link between childhood hyperactivity-inattention symptoms and subsequent RB, controlling for other risk factors among which conduct disorder symptoms.

We have conducted multivariate analyses from a French community-based sample (N = 1107) belonging to the youth GAZEL cohort. The sample was first assessed at ages 4 to 18, and then assessed 8 years later. Child psychopathology and RB patterns were evaluated through parent and adolescent self-reports.

In males, results show an effect of hyperactivity-inattention symptoms on more severe RB such as regular cannabis use, illicit drug experimentation and suicidal behaviors (adjusted OR = 2 to 5, all Ps significants). In females, they show an effect of hyperactivity-inattention symptoms on regular tobacco use (adjusted OR = 2, P < .05). The risk of RB initiation was increased in youths with high levels of conduct disorder symptoms, particularly in combination with simultaneously high levels of hyperactivity-inattention symptoms (adjusted OR = 2, P < .05).

This work enhances the knowledge of a link between disruptive behaviors in childhood and subsequent risk behaviors. It underscores the importance of a better acknowledgement of these disorders, in order to better identify and treat them to prevent negative long-term outcomes.

To examine the link between symptoms of hyperactivity-inattention and conduct disorder in childhood, and the initiation of tobacco and cannabis use, controlling for other behavioral symptoms, temperament and environmental risk factors.

The sample (N = 1107 participants, aged 4 to 18 years at baseline) was recruited from the population-based longitudinal Gazel Youth study with a follow-up assessment 8 years later. Psychopathology, temperament, environmental variables, and initiation of tobacco and cannabis use were self-reported. Event time analyses were performed to assess the effects of childhood disruptive symptoms on age at first use of tobacco and cannabis.

Proportional hazard models revealed that participants with high levels of childhood symptoms of both hyperactivity-inattention and conduct disorder were at highest risk of early tobacco initiation (in males: hazard ratio [HR] = 2.05; confidence interval [CI]: 1.24–3.38; in females: HR = 2.01; CI: 1.31–3.09), and, in males, of early cannabis initiation (HR = 1.95; CI: 1.04–3.64). Temperament, through activity in both males and females and negative emotionality in females, was also associated to early substance use initiation.

Children who simultaneously have high levels of symptoms of hyperactivity-inattention and conduct disorder are at increased risk for early substance initiation. These associations may guide childhood health professionals to consider the liability for early substance initiation in high-risk groups.

Les liens entre trajectoire socio-économique et consommation d’alcool ont été peu étudiés, particulièrement chez des personnes jeunes.

L’objectif de cette étude était d’identifier l’association entre trajectoire socio-économique et consommation d’alcool au début de l’âge adulte en tenant compte d’autres facteurs associés à la consommation d’alcool.

Les données proviennent de la cohorte TEMPO (www.tempo.inserm.fr) - une étude de cohorte prospective de 1103 personnes âgées de 22 à 35 ans en 2009 dont un des parents participe à la cohorte GAZEL (www.gazel.inserm.fr). La consommation d’alcool (abstinence, consommation faible ou intermédiaire, abus) a été mesurée en 2009 par l’AUDIT (OMS). La trajectoire socio-économique depuis l’enfance jusqu’à l’âge adulte a été mesurée par :

• – la situation sociale dans l’enfance (niveau de revenu familial en 1989 (≤ 2592 vs > 2592 €/mois) ;

• – la situation sociale du jeune (niveau d’étude ≤ Baccalauréat vs > Baccalauréat).

Dans l’échantillon, 4 groupes de trajectoire socio-économique ont été identifiés : trajectoires favorable, ascendante, descendante, défavorable. Les données ont été analysées par des modèles de régression logistique ajustés sur le sexe, l’âge, la situation maritale, l’emploi, le soutien social, la maternité, l’existence de maladies chroniques, les difficultés psychologiques et la consommation d’alcool des parents.

La trajectoire socio-économique des personnes était associée à leur consommation d’alcool, et particulièrement à l’abstinence : par rapport aux personnes qui avaient une trajectoire socio-économique favorable : ORs multivariés (trajectoire socio-économique ascendante : OR = 1,89, 95 % IC 1,05–3,40), (trajectoire descendante : OR = 2,10, 95 % IC 1,00–4,44), (trajectoire défavorable : OR = 3,01, 95 % IC 1,38–6,56).

La trajectoire socio-économique est associée à la non-consommation d’alcool au début de l’âge adulte, indépendamment d’autres facteurs.
