Qui dicunt super sacramentum suum quod Robertus Hilland de Westcoker in Comitatu Somerset Clericus, David Moleyns nuper de Clopton in Comitatu predicto Gentilman, Johannes More nuper de Exon in Comitatu Devon yoman et Johannes Tooser nuper de eadem in Comitatu Devon yoman cum multis aliis malefactoribus et pacis domini Regis perturbatoribus modo guerrino acriatis et modo insurrectionis primo die Septembris circiter media nocte eiusdem diei Anno regni Regis Henrici sexti post Conquestum tricesimo sexto Domum Georgii Middelton apud Westcoker in Comitatu predicto felonice fregerunt ac eandem domum adtunc et ibidem felonice et proditorie combusserunt et tales et tantas minas eidem Georgio ibidem imposuerunt ac eundem Georgium felonice interficere voluissent sic quod de vita sua disperabatur et unum craterem de argento novendecim cochlearia de argento unum murrum de argento et deaurati ligatum unum mappale tria longa manitergia duodecim curta manitergia quinque paria linthiaminum unum psalterium duos libros orationum et alia bona et cantalla ad valenciam xx librorum de bonis et cantallis predictic Georgii adtunc et ibidem inventa felonice ceperunt et asportaverunt.
