Case 50 - Following the Eyes

Summary

A 46-year-old man who had experienced a one-day history of a moderate global headache was found by his son after a fall and noted to have a left-sided weakness. He had slurred speech. He was admitted to hospital at 05:20 hrs. In hospital, he had an initial Glasgow Coma Scale of 3, which subsequently improved. A CT scan of the brain was reported as normal. A neurology opinion was sought at 15:30 hrs.
