Audible Timer for Hand-Carried Plot Sprayers

Abstract

We describe a small, light-weight, battery-powered timer that emits an audible signal at 1-s intervals. This audible timer is used to monitor ground speed when applying chemicals to plots, thereby eliminating the need for manual manipulation of a stop watch.
