1788 – Hypnosuggestive Psychotherapy Of Psychosomatic Patients

Contemporary, a high level of psychosomatic disorders in Ukraine fixed on.

The clinical longitudinal comparative investigation was perfomed with 1103 patients.

The representation of nosological diseases were: blood system - 8%, endocrinous system - 11%, psychic and behaviorale disturbances - 9%, nervous system - 11%, cardiovascular system - 20%, gastrointestinal system - 12%, urinary system - 21%, other - 8%. The emotional disturbances of all thease patients were investigated with the clinic and pathopsychological methods. The high level of anxiety was shown. Pathopsychologically the high level of personality anxiety and low level of neurotism and depression were identified. Our experience showed the necessity of the integrative models of psychotherapy provided, parted on stage. The complex system of psychotherapy, based on rational and hypnosuggestive models has been developed, with the multimodal approach.

The cathamnestic investigation the high efficasy in 65% cases, and middle range efficacy in 20% cases was chown.
