Newcomers to the workplace in the post-epidemic era are often accompanied by maladaptive symptoms such as anxiety and depression. Due to their varying degrees of severity, a combination of psychosocial and pharmacologic treatments is essential.

In this study, 500 on-the-job new employees of a company were selected as research subjects, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the research group. The control group was treated with medication only, and the research group was treated with a combination of psychological intervention medication. The medication was chosen to be buspirone hydrochloride tablets 10 mg 3 times/d orally, and analyzed with the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HAM-A) as a control, and finally analyzed using SPSS 22.0 for statistical analysis.

After 3 months of experimentation in the study, the anxiety scale score of new employees in the control group decreased from 23 to 17, and the anxiety scale score of new employees in the research group decreased from 24 to 12. In the research group, there was a significant difference in the psychological stress of new employees before and after the experiment (P<0.05). The experimental results show that the treatment has a more obvious alleviating effect on the depression and anxiety of new employees in the post-epidemic era, which means combining psychological intervention and medication.

The combination of psychotherapy and drug therapy in this study can significantly alleviate the depression and anxiety of new employees after the epidemic. It can also provide a reference for other company managers and promote the attention to the psychological state of employees.

At present, students’ learning pressure is increasing, and many schools have introduced psychomusical therapy from the perspective of ideological and political courses to relieve students’ mental anxiety.

In this study, 100 students with mental anxiety disorder in a high school were selected as research objects and randomly divided into a control group and a study group. The control group was treated with clomipramine only. The study group was treated with ideological and political curriculum visual threshold psychomusic therapy based on clomipramine therapy and the self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) was used for comparative analysis. Finally, Minitab was used for statistical analysis.

After 3 months of the experiment, the anxiety scale score of middle school students in the control group changed from 65 points to 54 points; The anxiety scale scores of middle school students in the study group changed from 64 to 46. In the study group, the psychological pressure of students before and after the experiment was significantly different (P<0.05). The experimental results show that the combination of ideological and political curriculum visual psychomusical therapy with drug therapy can alleviate students’ mental anxiety.

In this study, the introduction of visual psychomusic in ideological and political courses into drug therapy has a positive impact on student’s mental anxiety caused by study pressure, and can also arouse other schools’ attention to mental health, provide new ideas for the popularization of psychological counselling, and promote the development of student’s mental health.

At present, the employment pressure on college students is increasing, and their quality of life is also affected. Many colleges and universities have created innovation and entrepreneurship courses to answer questions and doubts for students in the employment dilemma.

This study selected 60 college students about to graduate from a university as research objects and randomly divided them into a control group and a research group. The control group did not receive training on innovation and entrepreneurship courses, while the research group received regular training on innovation and entrepreneurship courses. The state-trait anxiety (STAI) scale was used for comparative analysis, and finally, SAS was used for statistical analysis.

After a 3-month experiment, the STAI score of the control group increased from 62 points to 61 points; The STAI score of the research group increased from 63 points to 51 points. There was a significant difference in psychological stress among the research group of college students before and after the experiment (P<0.05). The experimental results indicate that carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship in universities can effectively alleviate employment anxiety among college students and improve their quality of life.

The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship into college education has a positive impact on the employment pressure of college students, and can also provide new employment ideas for students and promote the development of the college employment rate.

With the increase in social pressure, the anxiety symptoms of college students with mental disorders are increasing year by year. This has harmed their living standards and learning outcomes. The current intervention measures largely overlook the impact of ideological and political education in universities.

The study used a randomized controlled trial design. The experimental group (n=60) adopted innovative ideological and political education interventions, including group discussions, role-playing, and theme reports, with an intervention period of 12 months. The control group (n=60) received routine psychological counseling services. All participants were evaluated at the beginning, duration of 6 months, and end of the study. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAM-A) was mainly used for evaluation. Descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was conducted on the data using SPSS 22.0.

After the intervention, compared with the control group, the anxiety symptoms of the experimental group of college students were significantly reduced. After 12 months of intervention, the HAM-A score of the experimental group decreased by an average of 12.1 points, while the average decrease in the HAM-A score of the control group was 3.2 points. The follow-up evaluation also confirmed this result.

This study shows that innovative ideological and political education interventions are significantly superior to conventional psychological counseling services, and effectively reduce anxiety symptoms of college students with mental disorders in clinical practice.

With the emergence and development of the Internet, the practice of ideological and political education via the Internet for students has gradually become a new trend. However, some students developed anxiety disorders due to changes in activity patterns, increased pressures from society and individual’s particular mentality. The focus of the present study was to explore the impact of online ideological and political education on relieving students’ anxiety disorders.

A total of 200 students with anxiety disorders from different universities were randomly divided into the intervention group (100 students) that underwent online ideological and political education, and the control group (100 students) who received traditional ideological and political education. Pre and post test assessments of anxiety levels were conducted using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS).

Pre-intervention, both the control and intervention groups showed similar levels of anxiety disorders. However, post-intervention assessments yielded notable results. The anxiety levels in the intervention group who experienced online ideological and political education showed a significant decrease (P<0.05) compared to the control group.

The findings suggest that online ideological and political education can effectively reduce the levels of anxiety disorders among university students. Such intervention can be leveraged as part of the broader strategy to promote psychological health in the student community. Future researchers are encouraged to investigate the specific components of online ideological and political education to have such effect.

With the advent of health poverty alleviation and rural revitalization policies in China, a significant change in the well-being of rural elderly residents has been noted. However, more research is required to understand the psychological implications of these policies. This study aims to analyze residents’ survival anxiety from a psychological perspective.

This study utilized a quasi-experimental design involving two groups-an intervention group (n=500) experiencing the policies of health poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, and a control group (n=500) unexposed to these policies. Both groups consisted of rural elderly residents aged 60 years or above from 10 villages in rural China. Data was collected through face-to-face interviews using the Survival Anxiety Scale (SAS) pre-and-post intervention. Data analysis involved a combination of descriptive statistics, Chi-square tests, and Binary Logistic Regression, conducted via SPSS v23.

Results showed a significant decrease in the level of survival anxiety in the intervention group post-exposure to the policies (P<0.05) compared to the control group. Specifically, the odds of survival anxiety were 0.61 times lower among those who had experienced the policies, controlling for age, gender, and baseline SAS scores.

This finding indicates that health poverty alleviation and rural revitalization have a favourable effect on reducing survival anxiety among rural elderly residents. This implies a strong correlation between social policy and mental health.

Rural revitalization is one of the important development strategies in China. However, in rural areas, due to backward building design and energy utilization methods, residents have more symptoms of anxiety. It constitutes a certain obstacle to the sustainable development of rural revitalization. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the effect of building energy-saving design optimization combined with psychological treatment on improving rural residents’ anxiety.

This study used a controlled experiment, 100 patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group. The intervention group received improved building energy efficiency design, including insulation materials used, rational ventilation design, and efficient energy use facilities in combination with psychotherapy. The control group maintained traditional building design and energy use. The study period was 12 months, and the analysis method was SPSS23.0.

The analysis results showed that the anxiety level of residents in the intervention group decreased significantly during the study period, and the difference was significant compared with the control group. At the same time, the sleep quality of the intervention group improved, and the satisfaction with the living environment also significantly increased. In addition, the energy efficiency of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group.

The anxiety symptoms of rural residents can be effectively alleviated by improving building energy-saving design. Energy-saving design measures can reduce energy consumption, improve the comfort of the living environment and residents’ life quality.

Mixed depression is a common mental health problem that causes great distress to the patient’s life and social functioning. Due to historical and cultural tourism having communicative characteristics, it may have a positive effect on improving the symptoms of depression and is considered to affect improving mixed depression.

A randomized controlled trial design was used in this study, which included 100 patients with mixed depression. The intervention group received an 8-week historical and cultural tourism intervention, while the control group continued to receive conventional psychotherapy. The analysis tool uses SPSS23.0.

At the end of the study, patients in the intervention group showed significant improvement in depressive symptoms as measured by the Hamilton Depression Scale and Quality of Life questionnaire. Depression symptoms were reduced by 30 % in the intervention group compared to the control group. In addition, life quality in the intervention group also improved significantly, by 20% compared to the control group.

Historical and cultural tourism has a positive effect on improving the symptoms and life quality of patients with mixed depression. By providing new sensory and cognitive experiences, historical and cultural tourism can divert patients’ attention and emotions, and alleviate their depressive symptoms. The combination of historical and cultural tourism with drug and psychotherapy can become an effective and feasible treatment method, which provides a new choice and treatment means for patients with mixed depression.

In today’s society, social anxiety disorder has become a major psychological problem affecting People’s Daily life quality in recent years, especially among college students. Because of its collective and communicative characteristics, the collegiate instrumental ensemble is considered to be effective in alleviating social anxiety.

This study adopted a randomized controlled experiment design and selected 200 freshmen from a university as the research objects. According to the principle of voluntary, the students with social anxiety characteristics were randomly divided into two groups to be included in the study. The control group received routine psychological counseling, while the intervention group participated in the study and research of ethnic instrumental ensemble. The activity cycle was one semester, and ensemble training was conducted 3 times a week for 2 hours each time. In this study, two groups of students were measured before and after using the social anxiety scale. The analysis tool is SPSS23.0.

After one semester of study, it was found that the anxiety of students in the intervention group was significantly reduced, and the anxiety degree was more significantly decreased than that of the control group (P<0.01). The social anxiety level of the students in the intervention group remained relatively low during the three-month follow-up interview after the teaching.

The teaching of ethnic instrumental ensemble in colleges and universities can help alleviate the social anxiety of college students, improve their social ability and optimize the environment of campus mental health education.

Psychological trauma refers to the level of exposure during catastrophic events, including wars, sexual assault, earthquakes, etc. After experiencing, witnessing, or encountering these catastrophic events, we will experience varying degrees of emotional reactions such as fear, helplessness, or shock. This study will start with the post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) of college students and analyze the positive impact of ideological and political education concepts on students’ psychological resilience.

This study divided 120 PSTD college students who were affected by earthquake disasters into two groups, each consisting of 60 people. The experimental group received traditional psychological resilience positive emotion regulation therapy, while the control group received life cognitive therapy in ideological and political education based on traditional psychological resilience positive emotion regulation therapy. The study was measured using the Connor Davidson resilience scale (CD RISC).

The experimental results showed that the experimental group of college students experienced fewer PTSD symptoms and more positive emotions than the control group of college students.

In summary, the experimental group of college students showed a weakened tendency towards automatic processing of earthquake-related words (earthquake disaster words, earthquake rescue words), while experiencing more positive emotions and implicit biases; In the process of cognitive and emotional regulation, the experimental group of college students more effectively used cognitive reappraisal strategies to regulate their cognition and emotional processing of earthquake trauma.

The clinical treatment method for social anxiety disorder is mainly psychological counseling combined with drug treatment, but it has been found in practice that drug treatment has obvious side effects. Psychological counseling intervention can be carried out for a long time and help prevent recurrence. At the same time, this study used interactive music therapy as a new treatment method to participate in psychological intervention for college students.

The study focused on 140 students with social anxiety disorder in universities and randomly divided them into two groups: an experimental group and a control group, with 70 students in each group. The control group received routine treatment, including health education, cognitive therapy, and behavioral therapy. Based on routine treatment, the experimental group received interactive music therapy to observe changes in quality of life and anxiety levels after treatment. The comparison of anxiety levels between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment is as follows: After treatment, 140 students showed improvement among chronic anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and total anxiety scores compared to before treatment; However, after interactive music therapy, the scores of the experimental group were significantly reduced compared to the control group.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a unique anxiety disorder characterized by repetitive or constantly invading thoughts, viewpoints, or images, as well as ritualized behaviors aimed at alleviating the anxiety caused by these thoughts and images. OCD may affect an individual’s life and social functions. This study started with the self-depletion and obsessive-compulsive disorder of personnel in the comprehensive service industry of foreign trade and analyzed the intervention effect of mindfulness meditation on patients.

This study selected 164 individuals from the OCD foreign trade comprehensive service industry as the research subjects. The subjects were divided into two groups, with 84 in the loss group receiving traditional intervention and 84 in the control group receiving mindfulness meditation intervention. The experiment adopts a dual-task paradigm. Task 1 uses the Chinese version of the E-crossing task as the self-control task, and Task 2 uses the Stroop task as the detection task. Subjective questionnaires and Stroop scores are used to examine whether E-crossing can effectively trigger self-loss.

Research has shown that completing a 6-minute Chinese version of an E-crossing task can effectively induce loss; Subjectively, the subjects in the loss group believe that the task is more difficult than the control group, and their scores in objective tests are significantly lower than those in the control group.

In summary, the compensation effect of mindfulness audio intervention on loss is better than that of relaxation training and other rest interventions at the same time. It is a universal, economical and convenient method for compensating loss and treating OCD among personnel in the foreign trade comprehensive service industry.

The integration of ideological and political courses into college student management has achieved positive results. This study explores the impact of applying motivation theory combined with positive psychology group therapy in English teaching on college students with schizophrenia.

The study selected schizophrenia students from a university as the research subjects and divided them into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received traditional college English teaching, while the experimental group applied motivation theory combined with positive psychology group therapy in college English teaching. The Schizophrenia Rating Scale was used for evaluation and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS22.0.

After a 6-month experiment, the score on the schizophrenia rating scale in the control group changed from 72 to 69 points, while the score in the experimental group changed from 75 to 58 points. In the experimental group, the symptoms of students with schizophrenia were significantly relieved (P<0.05). The experimental results show that combining motivation theory with positive psychology group therapy in college English teaching has a significant influence on college students with schizophrenia.

The application of motivation theory combined with positive psychology group therapy in college English teaching can effectively affect the symptoms of college students with schizophrenia, providing a potential treatment method. This research result provides reference and inspiration for the field of college English teaching and mental illness treatment.

In recent years, the issue of employment anxiety disorder among science and engineering college students has become increasingly prominent. The study analyzed the relevant factors of employment anxiety disorder among science and engineering students through text mining methods.

The study selected students from a certain university of science and engineering as the research subjects and divided them into anxiety group and non-anxiety group. Social media data was used for text mining to identify factors related to employment anxiety disorder among science and engineering students. The statistical software SPSS23.0 is used to analyze data and evaluate the correlation of factors using methods such as t-tests or correlation coefficients.

By analyzing social media texts of science and engineering students, research has identified several factors related to employment anxiety. In the anxiety group, the score of employment pressure was significantly higher than that of the non-anxiety group (M=4.58 in the anxiety group, M=3.26 in the non-anxiety group, P<0.001), Score of career uncertainty (anxiety group M=3.92, non-anxiety group M=2.95, P<0.001), competitive pressure (anxiety group M=4.27, non-anxiety group M=3.18, P<0.001), and career development opportunities (anxiety group M=2.68, non-anxiety group M=3.52, P<0.001). The results showed significant high scores in the anxiety group.

The research provides valuable information for universities and related institutions to develop targeted coping measures and psychological support, thereby reducing the employment anxiety disorder of science and engineering students and promoting their career development.

Workplace anxiety disorder has a negative impact on the mental health and work performance of employees in small and medium-sized enterprises. The research aims to explore the impact of establishing financial accounting management efficiency mechanisms on workplace anxiety disorder in small and medium-sized enterprises.

The study focused on small and medium-sized enterprise employees and divided them into an experimental group and a control group. The employees in the experimental group have established a financial accounting management efficiency mechanism, including standardized financial systems, clear accounting processes, and effective internal controls. The control group maintained traditional financial accounting management methods. The study used a questionnaire survey method to obtain data on employees’ workplace anxiety disorder scores, and used software Statistical Analysis Systems (SAS) for data processing and analysis.

The study found that the workplace anxiety disorder scores of the experimental group employees were significantly lower than those of the control group. The average anxiety score of the experimental group employees was 3.25, while that of the control group was 4.62. The t-test and analysis of variance were used to verify the statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group.

Results shown that small and medium-sized enterprises can significantly reduce workplace anxiety disorders by establishing financial accounting management efficiency mechanisms. Standardized financial systems, clear accounting processes, and effective internal controls can help alleviate employees’ anxiety.

With the rapid changes in the urban and rural economic structure, the issue of increasing farmers’ income and the income gap between urban and rural residents are continuously expanding. With the rapid changes in both, farmers’ anxiety is becoming increasingly severe. With the advancement of rural land transfer and agricultural modernization, there have been fundamental changes in farmers’ production patterns and lifestyles, which have had a profound impact on their mental health.

This article selects 156 farmers from a village and randomly divides them into an experimental group and a control group, each consisting of 78 farmers. The experimental group conducted psychological health recording tests under the exploration of innovative farmer income models; The control group was engaged in routine income activities without any changes. The experiment used Excel software and SPSS20.0 software to statistically analyze the results.

The results showed that there was a significant difference in anxiety symptoms between the two groups of farmers after innovating their income (P<0.05). The anxiety symptoms of the experimental group of farmers have significantly improved, and the proportion of people with reduced anxiety symptoms is as high as 90%.

To sum up, the emergence of farmers’ anxiety disorder is related to many factors, such as agricultural production, market contraction, and imperfect rural infrastructure. Innovating farmers’ income models can effectively alleviate the anxiety symptoms of farmers.

In recent years, the volunteer program of rural service for college students has been widely promoted and implemented, aiming to encourage the younger generation to give back to society and enhance understanding between urban and rural areas. However, in addition to traditional service goals, this study explores the impact of such projects on the social phobia of participants-college students, and how to alleviate their psychological barriers by enhancing their competence.

The study selected 120 students from a university as subjects and randomly divided them into an experimental group and a control group, each with 60 students. There was no difference between the two groups of subjects. The experimental group was provided with innovative service teaching and competency development. The control group did not take such training. Finally, the SCL-90 mental health test was used to evaluate the fear symptoms of college students before and after the intervention.

According to statistical analysis, with the improvement of competence, most participants reported that their fear symptoms had been eased. There was a significant difference in the symptoms of phobia between the two groups of students (P<0.05). The phobia of the experimental group was significantly reduced.

This indicates that innovative service teaching and competency development for college students with phobia can effectively alleviate their negative emotions and provide references for the medical field.

Social marketing can enable enterprises to gain social recognition, and enhance customer trust and loyalty, while also improving financial performance and ultimately enhancing competitiveness. In recent years, concerns have become increasingly apparent that same-sex marketing strategies may lead to consumer hypochondria. In modern consumer culture, identity marketing strategies have become a common strategy. Given this, this study aims to identify the actual impact of same-sex marketing strategies on consumer hypochondria.

This study observed and selected 200 consumers with hypochondria from a certain hospital, who were randomly divided into an experimental group of 100 and a control group of 100. There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients obtained. Track and observe the behavior and purchase intention of two groups of consumers during consumption. The patients in the experimental group were accompanied by sales representatives with knowledge of same-sex marketing strategies to explain the connotation of the products during consumption; the control group did not make any changes. The experiment used SPSS24.0 to analyze the data.

Statistical analysis shows that the hypochondriac symptoms of the experimental group patients have significantly reduced, and there is a significant difference in hypochondriac symptoms between the two groups of patients (P<0.05).

Overall, there is a certain correlation between identity marketing methods and consumer hypochondria. Enterprises and marketers should be more cautious in designing and implementing their identity marketing strategies to ensure that they do not cause excessive concern and anxiety among consumers.

Anxiety is a common phenomenon in English learning. In order to clearly demonstrate the impact of the integrated teaching of English education and educational psychology in universities on students’ anxiety disorder, this study conducted a questionnaire survey and structured interviews to investigate English anxiety and compare significant differences.

This study is based on the combination of English education and educational psychology. A questionnaire survey and structured interviews were conducted on 630 students from three different types of universities. The results of the “Foreign Language Anxiety Scale” and the “Foreign Language Anxiety Influencing Factors Scale” were tested and analyzed, and SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis to compare the significant differences in the results.

The results show that the average anxiety level of English learning among college students is 3.00, which belongs to moderate anxiety. In terms of English anxiety level, there are significant differences in gender and professional factors (P<0.05), and there is no significant difference in language proficiency (P>0.05).

This study constructed a “Foreign Language Anxiety Scale” and a “Foreign Language Anxiety Influencing Factors Scale” with relatively ideal reliability and effectiveness. Combining the relevant theories of educational psychology and English learning, the data was analyzed using mathematical statistics, which is more in line with the English learning anxiety situation of Chinese students. Understanding students’ learning anxiety in English learning and teaching has important and practical significance.
