I think this arrangement the best you can do, so far as can be judged at present. The expense, even including you or Bob going up every other month, will not be so great as the commission to an agent, and there are many advantages in other respects in having a place of your own, in keeping up and extending the business connection and with authors, in which no agent could do anything for you but rather the reverse; and the advantage of you or Bob constantly visiting is very great.
