Summary
A previously healthy 45-year-old woman was found by her family unresponsive and incontinent of urine. She had been talking with her family 10 hours earlier at 07:30. She had been headachy all day and had vomited. She was sleepy and went to bed. She had complained of lower back pain for the previous two days.
