Summary

A 51-year-old right-handed man had a witnessed generalised tonic-clonic seizure. He had bowel incontinence and had bitten the left side of his tongue. Five months earlier, he had wakened up on the floor of his apartment and on that occasion, he had also had bowel incontinence. He had come round with his face on the floor. He had not sought medical attention for that episode.
