The punctuation in the title was incorrect due to an editorial error. The error was not the fault of the author. The article incorrectly used an apostrophe in Roberts.

The correct title is “Of White Whales, Obamacare, and the Roberts Court: The Republican Attempts to Harpoon Obama’s Presidential Legacy.” We regret the error.
