Abstract

A united theoretical description of dielectric properties of molecular solids and liquids is developed. The numbering data are tabulated and some results are pictured. The theory expands the fundamental dispersion expressions of complex dielectric permeability, initiated by Debye for molecular liquids, to any condensed molecular medium.
