G. Bergamini et al., “Picornavirus IRESes and the poly(A) tail jointly promote cap-independent translation in a mammalian cell-free system,” RNA 6:1781–1790 (2000). The concentration for creatine phosphate in the HeLa cell-derived in vitro translation system was incorrectly stated in Table 1 and in Materials and Methods to be in the 5–30 (optimum 20) micromolar range. The correct concentration is 5–30 (optimum 20) millimolar creatine phosphate. The authors regret the error.

M. Oeffinger et al., “Yeast Pescadillo is required for multiple activities during 60S ribosomal subunit synthesis,” RNA 8:626–636 (2002). The second author's name was misspelled. The correct name is Anthony Leung.

K. Dower and N. Rosbash, “T7 RNA polymerase-directed transcripts are processed in yeast and link 3′ end formation to mRNA nuclear export,” RNA 8:686–697 (2002). Figure 1 is missing lane designations at the bottom of the gel. The corrected figure is shown below. The publisher regrets the error.
