Mental Health Act Commission appointments

The Mental Health Act Commission is responsible for the appointment of doctors to undertake second opinions under the powers of Part 5 of the Mental Health Act 1983. It invites consultant psychiatrists of at least 5 years standing to apply for appointment to its panel of available doctors.
