APSA 2002: exploring “political science and public life: knowledge, politics, and policies”

Abstract

The 98th Annual Meeting, held for the first time in a convention center, drew a near-record attendance to Boston during the sometimes stormy week before Labor Day. Total attendance, including members of the APSA 2002 press, exhibitors, and guests, numbered 6,432, almost surpassing the previous record set in Boston in 1998. APSA will return to Boston again in 2008.
