Whereas the Decree deals with equality between aliens and Dutch nationals, another Decree, of 3 December 1985 (Stb. 1985 No. 632) deals with equality between certain categories of non-residents and residents of the Kingdom, under Articles 57 part (b) and 60 part (b) of the General Old Age Pensions Act.
