Abstract

The results of structural and electrical measurements of nanocrystalline CeO2 thin films are presented. A correlation between the electrical conductivity and microstructure has been observed and discussed. The electrical properties of nanocrystalline CeO2 thin films are attributed to a dominant role of grain boundary phase.
