The general solution of the Low equation for KΛ-scattering*

Abstract

A derivation is given of the general solution of the static baryon Low equation for KΛ-scattering. This model has previously been used by Low to indicate possible ambiguities in the terms elementary and bound-state as applied to particles. The solution derived here can be used to establish this result from a general viewpoint which may possibly be applicable to more realistic models.
