Following the takeover of Lawtel by Sweet & Maxwell, Rachel Lesiter kindly agreed to talk to us about her involvement with it and the reasons for its sale. To many of us, Rachel's name is synonymous with Lawtel and although she will remain at Centaur as Managing Director of The Lawyer Group, she was directly responsible for Lawtel until the recent sale.
