Abstract

Nonlinear structures in the developed stage of the two-dimensional modulational instability of a whistler wave are investigated. On the basis of the results obtained, some suggestions are made regarding the nonlinear dynamics of three-dimensional modulational instability and three-dimensional whistler solitons.
