1. The free amino acid content of seeds Aberystwyth S. 143 cocksfoot (Dactylis glomerata L.), S.321 perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.), S. 48 and S. 352 timothy varieties (Phleum pratense L.) was studied during ripening.
