2 Of course, the title may not have been provided by the author. This also makes me think that it may not have been Brzezinski’s fault if a British publisher decided to publish a book he wrote some time ago before all the events had taken place in the USSR and Eastern Europe which rendered it out of date, a book which was severely criticized in the British press.
