When the above article was first published online, the author’s affiliation was provided as “Department of Philosophy, The State University of New York at Buffalo, Toronto, Canada” which is incorrect. However the study has been carried out at “University of Toronto” by the author and the correct affiliation should as “Department of Philosophy, University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada”.

This has now been corrected in online version.
