UN NOUVEAU TINOCALLIS SUR ULMUS, ORIGINAIRE D’ASIE CENTRALE ET SEMBLABLE À T. SALTANS (NEVSKY) (HOMOPTERA: APHIDIDAE)

Abstract

Two different species of Tinocallis were previously confused under the name T. saltans (Nevsky). The status of the true T. saltans is established by designation of a lectotype from the Nevsky syntype series. The alate vivipara, embryo, alatoid nymph, male, and ovipara of T. nevskyi sp. nov. are described and compared with T. saltans. The new aphid is known from Iran, Pakistan, and Afghanistan and it recently appeared in Europe. A new synonymy is established: T. yinchuanensis Zhang, 1980 = T. saltans (Nevsky, 1929).

Résumé

Deux différentes espèces de Tinocallis ont été confondues dans le passé sous le nom T. saltans (Nevsky). Le statut de la vraie T. saltans est établi par la désignation d’un lectotype choisi de la série de syntypes de Nevsky. On fournit la description de la vivipare ailée, embryon, nymphe, mâle et ovipare de T. nevskyi sp. nov. qui est comparé avec T. saltans. Le nouveau puceron est connu en Iran, au Pakistan et en Afghanistan, il est apparu récemment en Europe. Une nouvelle synonymie est établie : T. yinchuanensis Zhang, 1980 = T. saltans (Nevsky, 1929).
