page 173 note a William Clark's name appears among the thirty signatures to the Appeal of NOV. 17, 1600. On Dec. 17 Blackwell had suspended Robert Drury, another appellant, afterwards martyr. March 10,1601, he suspended and interdicted Colleton and eight of the prisoners at Framlingham. See Jesuits and Seculars, p. 93.
