The Author reports on the simultaneous appearance of a skin manifestation of the B.B.S. disease in female Twins. Partly diffuse and partly nodose infiltrations, with tendency to peripheral extension and central resolution constituted the clinical picture of the disease: (diffuse, small nodose variety of Boeck's sarcoids). In both cases the localisation was on the right cheek, the time-course was very similar. The histological picture was almost identical and was represented by infiltrations of epiteloid-cells with concentrical distribution.

L'autore descrive la contemporanea insorgenza in due sorelle gemelle di una manifestazione cutanea della malattia di B. B. S., caratterizzata da infiltrati, in parte diffusi in parte nodulari con tendenza alla progressione periferica e alia regressione centrale (varietà disseminata, a piccoli noduli dei sarcoidi di Boeck). La sede di comparsa delle lesioni era nei due casi la guancia D., anche l'evoluzione mostrò nelle gemelle notevoli punti di contatto.

L'autore insiste soprattutto sulle evidentissime analogie del quadro istologico che nei due casi mostrava al di sotto di un'epidermide molto sottile, numerosi noduli epiteloidei, piccoli, in parte confluenti, costituiti da cellule sovrapposte in strati concentrici.

Rapport sur deux cas de manifestations cutanées de la maladie de B.B.S., apparue en même temps dans deux sœurs jumelles. Les manifestations étaient représentées par des infiltrations diffusées et nodulaires avec tendance à la progression périphérique et à la regression centrale (variété disséminée, par de petits nodules, des sarcoïdes de Boeck). La localisation était dans les deux cas à la joue droite, le décours presque le même.

L'histologie était quasi identique avec des infiltrations de cellules épithéloïdes qui montraient une disposition concentrique.

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Der Verfasser beschreibt das gleichzeitige Auftreten einer Hauterscheinung der B.B.S. Erkrankung bei Zwillingschwestern. Es handelte sich um teilweise diffuse, teilweise noduläre Infiltrate, mit peripheren Ausbreitung und zentralen Rückgang: (disseminierte, klein-noduläre Abart der Boeckschen Sarcoide). Die rechte Wange war in beiden Fällen der Sitz der Läsionen. Der Verlauf zeigte viele Kontaktpunkte. Das histologische Bild war bei den Zwillingen sehr ähnlich: unter einer sehr dünnen Epidermis, konnte man viele kleine Anhäufungen von Epiteloidzellen feststellen, die eine konzentrische Aufschichtung zeigten.
