3 Section 414 of the Federal Aviation Act, 49 U.S.C. §1384, provides that any person affected by, inter alia, an order under Section 412 approving an agreement among airlines “shall be, and is hereby, relieved from the operations of the ‘antitrust laws,’ … and of all other restraints or prohibitions made by, or imposed under, authority of law, insofar as may be necessary to enable such person to do anything authorized, approved or required by such order.” Quoted in Petitioner's Memorandum in Support of Its Application to Grant the Relief Requested in the Petition Herein, p. 37 (emphasis omitted).
