The Office of Foreign Assets Control, Department of the Treasury, issued on January 22, 1995, effective January 24, 1995, a List of Specially Designated Terrorists Who Threaten To Disrupt the Middle East Peace Process, including entities and individuals. The list set out the alternate names (a.k.a.'s) and countries of operation of the entities, and the alternate names and (where known) dates and places of birth, and passport numbers, for the individuals.
