Τῷ θϵοϕιƛϵστάτῳ καὶ ϵὐσϵβϵστάτῳ ΚΥΡΙΛΛῼ, ἐƛέϵι Θϵοῦ τῆς Κωνσταντινουπόƛϵως νέας Ρώμης Ἐπισκόπῳ, ὑπϵρτίμῳ Ἐζάρχῳ, οἰκουμϵνικῷ Πατριάρχῃ, καὶ τῷ κοινῷ τῆς Καθοƛικῆς Ἐκκƛησίας ϵὐϵργέτῃ.
