Due to errors that occurred during the typesetting process, the numbering of some footnotes is incorrect in the article. The marker for footnote 10 should have been deleted from the text, and all subsequent footnote markers in the text should be decreased by one. In other words, “…after the protests had first appeared.11” should read “…after the protests had first appeared.10” and so on.
