The luminosity function of the SMC clusters NGC152 and K3

In a previous investigation of the Luminosity Functions (LF) it was found that some SMC clusters show significant characteristics like the very large number of stars at Mv = O. Omag and a gap just below the Horizontal Branch (HB) like feature of their colour-magnitude (c-m) diagram (Kontizas and Kontizas, 1982).
