Abstract

El señor Jacques Meurant, que sucede en el cargo al señor Michel Testuz, nació en Lille (Norte), Francia, el año 1932. En 1957, terminados sus estudios en Lille y París, ingresó en la enseñanza y fue profesor de inglés en los Liceos Henri IV y Jules Ferry de París.
