Abstract

El CICR recibió con el más profundo pesar la noticia del fallecimiento, ocurrido el 18 de marzo de 1986, del señor Roger Gallopin, miembro honorario y ex presidente del Consejo Ejecutivo de la Institution. El Comité International pierde así a uno de sus más antiguos y fieles servidores.
