The fungi isolated were: Rhizophlyctis harderi Uebelmesser, Phlyctochytrium reinboldtae Persiel, Rhizophydium utriculare Uebelmesser, ? Podochytrium chitinophilum Willoughby, ? Chytriomyces hyalinus Karling, ? Rhizophydium halophilum Uebelmesser and Rhizophydium sp. No seasonal fluctuations could be observed.
