Abstract

We discuss the preparation of monodisperse ˜10-Å and ˜13-Å CdS clusters by the cluster fusion technique and the development of capillary zone electrophoresis for cluster separation. We also report the observation of photoconductivity in a polymer film doped with CdS nanoclusters.
