After the book review was published online and following a further reading of the work, a link to the speech files the graphic displays in the book are based on was identified in the book’s text. The files are available as wav-files at www.cambridge.org/9781107170728. A READ-ME is deposited there that links the sound files with the figures and sections in the text.

Thus, the claim in the review that the lack of audio support was a weakness of the monograph was false. The inclusion and the availability of these files is in fact a valuable resource which adds to the many merits of the work.
